With the passing of Prop 8 and similar hateful ballot initiatives, it’s become painfully clear that those who can take action to support the gay community must step up in bigger ways than before. The GQB community has an obligation to get active.
In 2009, we raised gobs of cash for groups working around the clock to support the needs of our community. And 2010 we're going to do even better.
Here's how it works (a.k.a. the gay agenda):

Here's how it works (a.k.a. the gay agenda):
- Sign up on our listserve or checkout our facebook group.
- You'll receive an email the day before the event with the name of a classically hetero bar and the meeting time.
- Call your friends, have them call their friends, show up at the bar and help us raise money and awareness for our community.
- 100% of proceeds from the event will go to charity. All you need to do is show up, pay the $5 cover charge (or whatever you can give), and dance.
